Psychosocial project success

Project success and its determinants have been widely discussed in literature. As a result, a set of elements has been developed which, according to many researchers, are responsible for the final result of a project. Those elements can be grouped into certain categories based on different criteria taken into consideration. At the same time, what draws attention of project managers is how to build project team which will be most effective in project work. For this reason, opinions that potential project team members represent about motivating factors may be worth identifying. This paper looks at the aspect of values referring to working in a project team from the perspective of young people who have already taken part in projects. The research has been conducted in a form of a pilot survey with students of 3 different faculties at one of Polish universities.
